You are entitled to your opinion, but I think Roberts gave DJT an exact roadmap of how to get the question back on the census.

And foreclosed the routes the lower courts used to hold up the question.

All that is necessary is that he want it badly enough.”

And there’s gotta be a way around this latest fed judge blockage.

What would FDR have done in the face of an injunction blocking the Normandy invasion?

Shouldn’t the word be “obstruct”? “Instruct” makes no sense to me.

Ignore him and move on. Let the courts tie themselves in knots while the wall continues to be built. The lowest level federal court should not be able to dictate national policy.

What they needed as a decision, not a flipping ‘road map’.

you can’t have individual judges controlling our responses to emergencies. It’s dangerous for one thing.

You already know the answer to that. The bigger question is, what’s being done about it?

To quote a famous movie line "Isn't forcible rape in broad daylight a misdemeanor in this town?" What exactly equates to Sumter, to Pearl, to Lexington? At what point during those events were judges opining as to decisions and directions?

How would a refusal to follow orders from military commanders be handled? Why is a veritable mutiny taking place in State and DoJ treated any differently? Why was Sumter the casus belli, when it was only a small group of federal troops under fire from a break-away republic? Why not an attempted coup and overthrow of the legally constructed government for the entire USA? How is is that states can organize and directly defy federal security arrangements without be recognized as a de facto confederacy in all but name?

If one were to step back and objectively evaluate the current situation, it's crystal clear that while Trump posed a significant threat, the deep state triple dog dared him. What we are observing today is open rebellion and insurrection, aimed squarely at contradicting the very core of self government. And what is Trump doing about? Why isn't he escalating? Why is he the one negotiating, instead of of calling out the militia and making other preparatory moves for civil unrest?

It's because he's not going there. Period.the.end. That means one thing: the deep state won. Even if Trump wins re-election, without kinetic retribution, it's just a parade to satisfy his own ego. The bill comes due in 2024 when payback will be exacted against the citizenry.

Have you ever been rabbit hunting?
There are many like treasonous heads that will be popping up.
Treason is treason... a judge is not a politician determining the direction of a nation. His role is to administer the law that is in place.
The poisonous prick needs to be plucked out of the hand before he does more presidential “planning”.

“Ignore this judge, build it anyway.”

Trump has shown no inclination to do this to any of these hacks. Don’t hold your breath.

I say time for the Trump administration to disobey, it is not a real court, just keep building, we win now or we lose, losing should not be the intended way..screw the court it is useless a political wing..let it all play out in the supreme court and in the meantime get the asrmy on the border and in cities removing illegals
