Neither the Legislative nor Executive Branch appears willing or able to deal with the renegade Judiciary Branch, which was intended to be the least powerful, and most passive, one.

What’s UNCONDITIONAL is this nation wide power grab that consistently over rules the Trump presidency. Accordingly, an unconstitutional law or legal ruling is CONSTITUTIONALLY unenforceable. The US Constitution either matters or it doesn’t. This country is in dire need of correcting these liberally biassed judiciary discrepancy or come to terms with its unjust rulings.
Exactly - it’s the action of a member of a shadow government. The real question is: if Trump ignores this ruling and orders his Administration to redirect the money, anyway, will they obey him or the judge? I think the disturbing answer is that there are enough Obama plants in place to make ignoring these injunctions virtually impossible and the President’s staff has advised him of this.

Judicial activism, of course, pre-dates President Trump, but the numbers tell us the problem has gotten much worse. Propublica.org reports, “The normal ‘win rate’ for the government in such cases is about 70 percent… But as of mid-January, a database maintained by the Institute for Policy Integrity at the New York University School of Law shows Trump’s win rate at about 6 percent.” Incidentally, 6 percent mirrors the president’s positive media coverage.
Propublica.org adds, “Federal judges have ruled against the Trump administration at least 63 times over the past two years.” They cite rules set up to prevent a president from arbitrary and capricious rule. Really? Well then where the hell were these judges under President Obama’s rule? When he talked about circumventing Congress with his “I’ve got a pen, and I’ve got a phone” tactics to conduct the people’s business. And who knows what will come out when we learn more about the possible weaponization of federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies? I know where the hell those judges were. Most of them were on the bench...

The courts do not have authority over the actions of the President in doing his duty. This is insane.

Appeal the decision is what he should do.
No, we don’t know an overwhelming majority of Americans are behind Trump. He lost the popular vote and the dems picked up the House in 2018. The election will be close in 2020, so no, an overwhelming majority is not behind Trump.
