Jesus, the SON of God said HIM.
Jesus Christ IS the Son of God. "Son!" (Matt. 8:29; Mark 1:1; 1 John 5:20; Philippians 2:7).
God chose to move upon those that wrote the scriptures (2 Peter 1:21) to have them use masculine pronouns.
And...
Scripture is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16).
But liberals/gays aren't happy with this; they have to go all the way over and declare God to be a woman.

Homosexual priest in the Episcopal Church?
Never saw that coming....
As an ex-member of the episcopal church theyre apostate.
Even Henry VIII is rolling over in his grave at all this crap.
Assuming gender, hm? (Sniff) How dare they.
And people wonder why the Episcopal Church collapsed.
If you believe Jesus is the Son of God and believe also according to the scriptures where He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father but by me,” then you will believe what Jesus has to say.
Jesus affirmed Genesis 3 when He said God made male and female.
Thus, transgenderism is a lie from the pit of hell, the same pit that the Serpent of old tries to draw men and women to.
Secondly, Jesus said a man will leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife. Not cleave to a another man or a woman to a woman.
Thus, Jesus never sanctioned gay marriage.
I have yet to see any gay person provide a scripture that is FOR homosexuality or is FOR gay marriage.
If God is a woman, females would never get fat, get visits from “Aunt Flo”, get pregnant, etc. The newly consecrated gay bishop is mistaken!
Brown is just a moron.
Another Church that needs to be taxed.
Goddess worship is nothing new. But the Episcopal church preaching it is a recent phenom. This guy is awful but not quite as bad as Bishop Spong, who denies the virgin birth and has written that Mary, the. mother of God, must have been a prostitute.
[ “She is worshipped and glorified. She has spoken through the prophets,” the just-ordained Bishop Brown said, referring to the Holy Spirit. ]
As I understand it, some references to the Holy Spirit are gender-neutral in the Greek. I will double-check on that.
Regardless, there is no logical reason to feminize the Holy Spirit - one of you with Greek background check me - in John 14, Jesus said:
John 14:26 King James Version
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, ===he=== shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 16:13 King James Version
13 Howbeit when ===he===, the Spirit of truth, is come, ===he=== will guide you into all truth: for ===he=== shall not speak of ===himself===; but whatsoever ===he=== shall hear, that shall ===he=== speak: and ===he=== will shew you things to come.
Thanks for posting. Another Sign of the Times. Wouldn’t surprise me to find out this preacher has other liberal viewpoints.
Wanna know why women were made from Adam’s rib? Cheap cut.
God has no sex. God is neither male nor female, but the Hebrew, Greek and Latin use the male pronoun for God. Unless you want to refer to God as “IT,” then you will use “HE,” as has been done since anyone talked about God.
The “reverend bitchop” has created a god in his own image.
You wonder what fever swamp these people have wandered into....

I can’t claim to be any kind of expert on the Trinity, and mean no offense to anyone - but the idea of assigning a human sex to God just seems ludicrous. No graven images, and all that.
You could argue in metaphors - God as giver of life is ‘woman like’ (of course it takes both sexes to create life among mammals and most plants); while the Bible does refer to Him in the masculine pronoun.
But to say “God is a Man” or “God is a woman” is, imo, to minimize the nature of God. Man and woman is neither omniscient, omnipresent, nor omnipotent. If someone wants to create a religion that worships man or woman (and some like this have existed over the ages) that’s their free will. But I don’t quite understand how someone can be ordained in a religion and then subvert its main tenets. It’s leftism - they are never content with their own beliefs, they must destroy alternative beliefs and impose their beliefs on everyone else.
Live and let live is dead.
2 You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
It is a very bad thing to try to put words into the mouth of God. That is what this pretend bishop is doing
GMTA - further: when the Father in Heaven is mentioned, Father means Creator. Where the Bible states “call no man Father” it’s saying call no man Creator. Maybe that’s where ‘dad’ came from since some Christian cults said they couldn’t call their own father, father.
The photo of this pervert is really creepy.
