A survey produced by the Harris Poll in partnership with Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) finds young Americans’ comfort with LGBTQ individuals has plunged from 63 percent in 2016 to 45 percent in 2018. According to the Accelerating Acceptance report, Americans aged 18-34 who say they are comfortable interacting with LGBTQ people dropped from 63 percent in 2016 to 53 percent in 2017, and then to 45 percent in 2018. The survey results are published as lesbian, gay, and transgender activists celebrate Pride month. “At the same time, the Trump administration continues to attack the LGBTQ community through discriminatory policies and targeted rhetoric, and LGBTQ Americans are becoming more vulnerable to hate crimes and violence,” GLAAD said in response to the survey outcome. Among the survey’s findings are that the acceptance of LGBTQ individuals among young women dropped from 65 percent in 2016 to 64 percent in 2017, and then plunged to 52 percent in 2018. Among males, 62 percent were accepting in 2016, plunging to 40 percent in 2017, and then further down to 35 percent in 2018. The percentage of young Americans who said they were uncomfortable with an LGBTQ family member increased from 24 percent in 2016, to 29 percent in 2017, and then to 36 percent in 2018. Additionally, the discomfort of young Americans has increased with the thought of their child’s placement with an LGBTQ teacher, from 25 percent in 2016 to 29 percent in 2017, and then to 33 percent in 2018. Also, 39 percent of younger Americans said they were uncomfortable discovering their child experienced an LGBTQ school lesson, compared with 30 percent in 2017 and 27 percent in 2016”

FTA: Gerzema suggested the cause of the drop in LGBTQ acceptance is due to young people on social media who are exposed to “mean tweets.”
“Our toxic culture is enveloping young people,” he said.
Sarah Kate Ellis, GLAAD president, said the decline in young Americans’ acceptance of LGBTQ is surprising, given their contact with more people who identify as such, noted the news report.
In the report, GLAAD notes that “young people are identifying as LGBTQ in higher rates than ever before.”
“This newness they are experiencing could be leading to this erosion,” Ellis said. “It’s a newness that takes time for people to understand. Our job is to educate about non-conformity.”
The LGBTQ activists explain that, when a decline in acceptance of this population was observed among younger males, “GLAAD launched a program dedicated to working with the video game industry on LGBTQ inclusion, to bring LGBTQ characters and stories to a world where male audiences were consuming content.”
According to USA Today, Ellis and Gerzema attribute the drop in LGBTQ acceptance to political rhetoric and policy changes, “such as a ban on transgender people in the military and religious exemption laws that can lead to discrimination, Ellis and Gerzema said. Both are a likely force behind the young’s pushback on tolerance, they said.”
Surely, GLAAD isn't advocating a limit on free speech, are they?? There was a time when homosexuality was called the love that dare not speak it's name. Now it's the love that won't SHUT UP. They're here. They're queer. DILLIGAS? Years ago gay people were referred to in polite society as "theatrical". Today, it's obvious as to why. In light of June being LGBT/FUBAR month the EEVIL corporations have been trying to outdo each other waving the fag flags and showing how "inclusive" they are. And there's gay activists bitching and moaning about it, saying they don't appreciate being exploited for financial gain. While they're right about these corporate PR stunts it shows how people who call themselves gays are so damn miserable.

My guess isnthat 45% acceptance # is considerably lower. For the same reason some Trump voters are afraid to admit it, many of those who believe the limp wrist butt pounders and rug munchers are f-n weird degenerates are also reluctant. But enough is enough I do believe there is a change in the wind.

If you are dealing with a "rationale" person they will call you crazy and say, "WHAT??! I don't support pedophilia or bestiality!!!" THEN you get them to define their "bigotry." Because that's how the left describes us when we disagree with their sodomy pride platform. IF you are going to support "equality" then you have to have ALL these perversions equal! If they are not equal then this is where you can then call the person a BIGOT for not supporting those who wish to mate with their animals or God forbid mate with their child or your grandchild! The conversation should always turn back to - Oh ok, so bestiality and pedophilia is wrong... hmmm ok SAYS WHO? Who's "moral code" are you to say it is wrong? They are then caught in the trap and there is no way out!

Normal people have had enough.
Also, they are noticing the unreasonable DEMANDS being made by the LGBTQ peoples, and also are starting to think about things; such as, how to define participant rules in girls’ athletics, who has to bake cakes for whom, and so on.
This gives me a tiny shred of hope for a miniscule pendulum swing back in our favor.

Most likely the questions to constructed so that if you don’t fully embrace every aspect of the LGBTQ dogma that it’s better than anything else and the answer to all the problems in the universe...then you are not accepting.
This so they can continue to protect their victimhood and lobby for more special class protection.
In my children’s case (both entering young adulthood), they’ve seen the trajectories of schoolmates who “came out” as homosexuals. They’re not buying the victim act.
I suspect the kids aren’t too hot regarding the nonstop recruiting they have to deal with these days at school.
