It is easy. It just has to convince the country’s real bosses, Kagan, Sotomayor, Breyer, Gisburg, and Roberts that it’s a good idea. That’s all. Easy peasy.

Because we did not understand the rules, and came up with something that was recognized as BS.

This ruling makes it clear that if the reason is just "administration policy" the lower courts can not reverse it.
