Yes, because by alienating 5 out of 6 Americans and probably 2 out of 3 swing vote centrists, who are the only people that will matter in the election, the democrats increase the chances of a Trump 2nd term, thus making the country stronger and more unified, regardless of what the media say Trump is doing to the country.
Let's hope they continue this habit right into the general election.
