U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has filed a detainer request against a 23-year-old Massachusetts man with a history of traffic arrests who is accused of killing seven motorcyclists in a fiery collision in New Hampshire last week.
The request means Volodymyr Zhukovskyy could face deportation back to his native Ukraine whenever he is released from custody. Zhukovskyy's attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf to seven counts of negligent homicide Tuesday in Coos County Court in Lancaster, N.H.
A judge also ordered Zhukovskyy remanded in custody, saying his driving record poses a danger to the public and himself.
The crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. Friday on U.S. 2, a two-lane highway that passes through the small town of Randolph just north of Mount Washington.
Zhukovskyy was driving a Dodge pickup truck that was towing a flatbed trailer. Investigators said he was driving erratically when he crossed into the center lane and collided with several bikers.

He was likely legal. There were a lot of Ukrainians admitted on asylum/refugee claims after the Maidan coup. The way that works is, the claimant would be admitted on a temporary status (likely with a work authorization) while the asylum/refugee claim is decided.

He needs to come to trial for killing those people, not deported to live free from the consequences of his actions.
Insane. Read his story everybody. Arrested for drunk driving a month before, suspended license, history of heroin and cocaine use ...but he had a valid CDL. I read that the Ukrainian owned company for which he worked in MA had changed its name a couple of times because if it’s legal problems from other accidents.

Yeah, just like the thousands of Salvadorans that were let in here after some home country natural disaster 20 years go, on a “temporary” basis who are all still here and surprise, surprise, don’t want to go home now. America, the new “Internartional Roach Motel,” illegals move in , but they never move out!

He’s just unlucky that they didn’t arraign him in Brookline before Judge Joseph, he’d be at large right now.
I’m starting to believe that citizens need to take direct measures to protect ourselves from the illegal and legal aliens that are killing us.
