This is what I was wearing 23 years ago when Donald Trump attacked me in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room. With those wordsand an accompanying imageon the cover of New York magazine, E. Jean Carroll, the longtime advice columnist for Elle, became at least the 22nd woman to accuse the president of the United States of sexual misconduct. The allegation features in an excerptpublished Friday, from Carrolls new bookabout the hideous men she says have assaulted her; that group also includes Les Moonves, the former CEO of CBS.
Despite the litany of claims against Trump, Carroll is only the second woman to publicly accuse him of rape. Her account is graphic and detailed; was corroborated by two friends who recall Carroll telling them about it at the time; and echoes what Trump told Billy Bush, in the Access Hollywood tape, about grabbing women by the pussy. Youd think, then, that it would have been a much bigger story over the weekend. Many commentators were furious that it was not.

Just like Juanita Broaddrick story that NBC held.
No coverage ???
Maybe it’s a fact free , zero evidence story from 23 years ago is a clue it has zero legs to get traction....
They apparently never learned the story about The Boy Who Cried Wolf.
“Journalism Review”?
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah.
At least journalists as a group to managed to just slightly outscore the intelligence of “eddikators” and SJW majors.
My claim that E. Jean Carroll is a liar who should be thrown in jail for libel didn’t get enough coverage on MSNBC.
She’s so scary looking and dumb sounding even the stupid media doesn’t want to touch her. Uh, her story that is.
Oh, and did you know:
E. Jean Carroll has a new book out that she is promoting

After the nonsense accusations of the Kavanaugh hearings it will take a lot more evidence than a vague 23 year old story to get the public’s attention. Particularly when the story is implausible.
But, people on the left never lie so if they make an accusation it must be true.
I heard the FBI got 1400 calls from women claiming Kavanaugh raped them, during his hearings.
NY has a Son of Sam law.
15 minutes of fame attempt.

She wrote a book about 20+ ‘Hideous Men’ who have mistreated her. 20+? At what point does her own personal judgement kick in? At what point is she more responsible than a helpless damsel in distress, tied up on the railroad track?
“Reminds of the joke when some sailors were stranded on an island...”
“That’s Black Bart’s sheep”.
What is hilarious about her “story” is that she described in minute detail her clothes, her shoes, where she was, yet she said she didn’t know if he “went all the way in or not”...
These people are reprehensible. I’m choosing that word because this is a family-friendly website.
When this came out yesterday, I read a column written by her in The Cut (whatever that is). It contained a long excerpt from her book, and boy was that illuminating. Long story short: She never met a man in her life, from her 8-year old friend at summer camp to any and all of her later boyfriends, who didnt allegedly abuse and assault her. She literally hates every man she ever met, and believes that every one of them did something horrible to her.
Funny thing is, she didnt include this latest accusation against Trump in the book. Wouldnt you think if it really happened that one in particular would have merited a mention? Instead, she just suddenly thinks to mention it the other day, after 25 years.
Not buying it.
A “Son of Sam” law?
I saw her interview on CNN.
The woman is drunk or on something and you could tell she was making it up.
She didn’t go after PDJT, so much as she kept blaming society.
