A large primary field may fragment the vote, making it unlikely that a candidate could win a majority and avoid a runoff and making it easier for Moore to advance to a runoff with only the support of his base.
The point is that Moore does have a path especially a path to a primary runoff if theres a crowded GOP field. And if he does get there, he would be only one step away from a rematch with Jones.
Moore would still have a decent chance of winning a general election in conservative Alabama, and that is surely a big part of why hes running again.

Moore has a bigger problem: Hes a loser. Which I think to many of your pretending to care about morality, is his biggest crime.
The world can abide corrupt depraved winners like Clinton, but if a man loses, he's the worst scum.
Some of you need to get a better perspective on life.
For some of you, losing is the unforgivable sin.

...that does not deserve these vile attacks from our side that sound like they come straight from the moonbat media/DNC/Soros machine. They do. It's just people on our side are vomiting them back out. You would think people on our side would know better.

But, I tend to give a candidate ONE chance to beat another one. That is because things seldom You know Reagan ran more than once, right? Not in the General tho, Ford was the Deep State pick.

There are just too many good solid Conservatives that are in the field. Why take a chance on a "might" win with Moore, when you have candidates that are SURE wins that will vote just as solidly conservative as Moore.
Who are these solid conservatives and what is their name recognition across Alabama? I'm a ways up north in Wisconsin, so I do not have boots on the ground insight. That being said, I've been following Alabama closely since the Moore debacle two years ago. Brooks and Sessions have already declined. Pittman has not declared and only carried 7% of the primary votes in 2017 (about a third of Brooks'). Maybe Heather Whitestone will declare and be that fresh new face or maybe Tommy Tuberville who has declared. I just don't see the state reps who have thrown their hats in the ring generating any momentum. I'm curious, given your Alabama insight, who is going to rise as the cream of this crop.

It is time for Republican voters in Alabama to send Moore a message that he is history and not wanted. Maybe it is time for Republican voters in Alabama to tell the Deep Staters to stuffit and vote for who they want.

Want this upcoming primary also include the presidential candidates? On the Republican side? I doubt it. Are any Republicans running against Trump?
Very foolish if any are. Of course I am told Alabama is a crossover state, so Democrats might vote for some other Republican Presidential candidate, but I doubt that would work.

Anyone who has heard Moore talk knows he’s a bumbling fool.
Hannity learned that the hard way.
He won’t win the primary. Thank God.
He’s gonna get stomped.

that was creepy, also. her parents were nuts to let that happen. The entire media universe only considers it creepy when they can use it as a tool to attack Republicans. Other than that, they are perfectly okay with it, and Seinfeld isn't the only celebrity that gets away with this sort of thing on a regular basis.

Did you happen to notice that the people alleging things against him were all flaming liar liberals?
If all we had to do was bow out every time a democrat made-up something about us we’d all be out of each and every race.
The alleged ‘yearbook’ signature was a CLEAR forgery written in two different ink colors.
I don’t believe a word of the allegations against him, so your morality statement is a gross and terrible accusation. Are you saying we’d be ok with those things if he could win? Clearly you don’t belong here then.
But if he can’t overcome a CLEAR forgery... how competent is he at what needs to get done?

George Allen, OTOH, was sunk by the willful Washington Post and the rest of the idiots in the media. You are starting to get it, but you aren't quite there yet.
And no, Akin was no fool. What he said was the latest information told him by a medical expert on the topic.

Reagan couldn’t get past a damaged Jerry Ford in ‘76. So, hence, he “blew it,” as so many here claim.

Todd Akin was a six-term Congressman, and a six-term state Representative. He has a BA in engineering and a Masters in Divinity. He served in the Army National Guard, and the Army Reserves.
He was a good man whom the Republican leadership ran away from when he answered a media "gotcha" question on rape.
Akin fell to what Mark Levin calls a pseudo-event. Moore fell to the same, except that he was targeted by McConnell instead of McConnell running away scared.

Why it's almost like the whole thing was political or something. No, it's almost like Jerry Seinfeld was not running for office in a conservative Bible belt state. Or something.
Seriously, what does a Hollywood entertainer have to do with anything?
