I'm just curious where the "investigative journalism" is on this topic. The tone of the MN Star piece suggests there hasn't been any.

Yet I remember actress Jerri Ryan's divorce records were unsealed by a judge because her ex-husband Jack, Republican, was running for Senate in Illinois. Candidate Obama benefitted. Neither part to the divorce wanted the records unsealed citing privacy & effects on their child. Judge didn't care, "the people had a right to know."
