If there’s two things the left really likes, it’s illegal immigrants and free stuff. So, Bernie Sanders got the bright idea to combine the two. Not only does the Bern not want to deport illegals, he now wants them to have their college tuition taken care of by the government. As in you and I are footing the bill.
Seriously:
I had a very emotional meeting just two or three weeks ago in California with some undocumented young people. Beautiful young people. And I listened to them tell me that they hesitated to apply for college because they would not get the financial aid they needed because they’re undocumented.
We need the best educated population in the world, and that means we’re gonna make our public colleges and universities tuition-free and open that to the undocumented as well.

So Bernie wants to undercut Mexican colleges out of the picture ? Every Mexican will cross his open border to get free education. Why pay for it in Mexico ?

What about mine? I had a $15,000 college fund left for me by my paternal grandparents, whom I didn’t get a chance to meet, which was taken by the state when I needed financial assistance to pay for dialysis when I turned 21. That was for college only, and still they took it.
I would like it back so that I can go back to school, but that won’t happen.

College students who are presently sucking on the gummint teat for their (ridiculous, outrageous) tuition expense would be well-advised to write their Congressman to head off any Dem plan to adopt Sen. Sanders' idiotic proposal.
Why? So we can have barristas at Starbucks with PhDs?
