Washington (CNN)A three-judge panel of the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the Trump administration on Thursday, temporarily allowing revised regulations to go into effect that prohibit taxpayer-funded family planning clinics from talking about abortion with patients or referring patients to abortion providers. The panel of three Republican-appointed judges in the San Francisco-based court said the so-called abortion gag rule from the Department of Health and Human Services can go into effect pending the outcome of an appeal of three lower court rulings blocking the changes to Title X from going into effect. "To find that the Final Rule's enactment was arbitrary and capricious, the district courts generally ignored HHS's explanations, reasoning, and predictions whenever they disagreed with the policy conclusions that flowed therefrom," the judges wrote in a 25-page opinion.

President Trump is slowly adding conservatives to the Federal appellate courts. I hope that by the time he steps down in 2025 that ALL vacancies as possible will be filled with his appointees.

I read that he was making appointments in the 9th circus, I was shocked that it was making a difference.

I figured they were like congress critters. Run for office like a conservative Republican, get there and go wishy-washy.

Quite pleased to be wrong.

What in the wide, wide, world has happened to the 9th Circus ? Could it be DJT ? .....hhhhmmm.

They're in danger of losing their nom de plume.

“Trump appointments turning the Ninth Circus rapidly.”

I do wonder what the people who continue to cry think now:

I’M NOT VOTING, THERE’S NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PARTIES

or

I’LL TEACH TRUMP A LESSON FOR BEING MEAN TO CRUZ

"I only agree with Trump 99.72% of the time. He is NOT PERFECT! I demand a PERFECT PRESIDENT! Therefore I shall punish him by voting for his opponent next election...That'll show him!"

Nice. After all what’s the difference in outlawing bump-stocks, that virtually no one has, and confiscating guns from every law-abiding person who can’t show a need to own one?
