(14) was raped, strangled and buried, Ali Bashar (22) – a so-called “refugee” from Iraq – is on trial and a psychiatric report shows that the defendant is believed to be fully culpable. Ali Bashar raped 11-year-old girl in Germany twice before Susanna Feldman murder: Local prosecutors

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Investigators in Germany say Ali Bashar, an Iraqi Kurdish man who admitted to the murder of a German teen, is also responsible for the rape of an 11-year-old child.

The failed 21-year-old asylum seeker had twice raped an 11-year-old at a refugee home where he lived in Wiesbaden, western Germany, once in March and again in May, according to a report by the Daily Mail.

Local prosecutors in Germany said Bashar and another boy, identified as a 14-year-old Afghan who also resided at the refugee home, are suspects in the rape of the 11-year-old.

German authorities have since arrested the Afghan boy and are investigating whether he was involved in the crimes against Susanna Feldman, 14, who was found murdered early last month.

The second victim is the same girl who led police to a woodlot in Wiesbaden near a refugee camp where Bashar had been living since 2015 where Feldman’s body was found.

The 14-year-old's body was discovered in a woodlot near a railway in Wiesbaden.

Bashar fled to the Kurdistan Region where police in the Duhok governorate arrested him after Germany issued an arrest warrant. He later admitted to killing Feldman. ..."
