I believe Judicial Watch got rolled.

It’s not that they must respond in order to vote. Even if they don’t respond, if they VOTE IN THE NEXT TWO FEDERAL ELECTIONS they are going to still be on the Voters Roll.

It’s a two-pronged step and Judicial Watch didn’t catch the fine print.

No, it won't. Unless there's something the article didn't mention, This only applies to inactive voters - those that haven't voted for a certain time period, usually the past two Pres elections. Every single fake/dead/illegal that voted recently isn't part of this removal. All this does is prevent these voters from possibly being used in the future, but it won't change any numbers from those who voted in the past.
