Three people are facing gang assault charges after Buffalo Police say they were involved in a fight in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Police say the three people were punching, kicking, and shoving two people while at Jim's Steakout at the corner of Elmwood and Allen.
Two 26-year-old men and a 27-year-old woman were arrested and charged. A 30-year-old woman was taken to ECMC where she was treated and released. No names were released as of early Monday morning.
A video of the assault was posted on a Facebook page titled, "The Ugly Truth of Allentown, Buffalo Association." A warning, the following video is graphic.
"Jim Steakout security watched and did nothing to help. This couple was beating for at least 15 straight minutes before police arrived. Sadly, a group of black males threatened those around to "shut the F up" and leave, mind their own business" and called out a group of white males using "racial slurs" who where across the street telling them to stop."
The 7 Eyewitness News I-Team has been tracking violence on Allen, after a number of other fights during the year . Last year, we told you there were nearly 1,100 calls made to police and 81 were for fights or assault. That was over a ten month period. We discovered bar patrons are being targeted and might not even be aware.
MANY of them will riot on the spur of the moment.
More accurate.
I agree. Living in PA, a shall-issue state, I’m very hesitant to relocate anywhere else.
It retains it's now largely defunct old reputation as an 'arts community'.
People hold on to the memory of 'Allentown' as a hip neighborhood of progressives and 'artists' but as you can see from the videos those days are long gone.
Exactly.
Of course this is NY where law abiding citizens are disarmed and criminals do what the hell they want.
Seventy years ago, if several kids ganged up on another kid, everyone around would begin to chant....”THREE AGAINST ONE IS N****R FUN!” to shame them.
Looks like Los Angeles at night no time to be out if a mob doesn’t get you a hit and run drunk or stoner will.
“Yeah, no thanks. Looks to be a place to stay far away from.”
We’ve been running for years.
The comments show conservatives need reeducating. Since these people only make up 12% of the population you need to arrest about 9 other skin colors anytime you arrest 1 black. Not to do so is blatant racism according to 0bama/msm/Dems/etc.
Once the arson capital of the world,
Buffalo now only looks decent under
a blanket of six feet of snow, which
thankfully they get about once a year.
Quite so. And those who won’t riot on the spur of the moment will riot later with a little planning.
This happens all over the US with regularity and the MSM seldom document the perps as anything but ‘youths’
Read Colin Flaherty’s book “White Girl Bleed a Lot” to get some perspective on this racist problem.
A recent study showed black inmates in prisons are becoming Muslims at a high rate. Wait til this contingent get back on the streets with religious sanctions to rob, rape and kill.
Actually, it entirely depends on what county you live in. Some counties will issue carry permits right out of the gate. Where this happened, Erie county, it currently takes over a year to get your permit, and they are just for target and hunting. Normally, you have to have the permit for 3-5 years before you can apply for Self-Defense Carry. There are exceptions though, you can usually get a full carry out of the gate if you are a business owner, need a gun for your employment, have credible threats against your life, work in Government, or are a woman. Also keep in mind, in NY, you are required to attempt retreat before turning to your weapon for defense.
I can't wait to move out of this shithole!
Bars close at 4AM here, and this particular area has lots of bars in it, as well as a few restaurants open at this time.
The really sad part about this, one of the main cop shops is only two blocks from this spot, 3 minutes tops using siren and lights.
