The crisis along America's southern border has continued to exasperate Border Patrol agents in the field and President Donald Trump, who is attempting to put an end to the flood of illegal aliens. Seven illegal aliens from Central American countries are suing the Department of Homeland Security because of overcrowding in Border Patrol facilities and the lack of access to legal representation, The Monitor reported.

The lawsuit was brought about by:

According to the lawsuit, the illegal aliens want themselves, as well as others in the facilities, to be released on bond.

• Set bond at $1,000,000 if you can show identity papers and if you're home country confirms your identity and indicates that you are not a criminal.
• Set bond at $100,000,000 if you can't and release only after the government has sufficient time to run basic verification checks on you.
• For that matter, why aren't we requiring bond for releasing any of them?

The fact that we even have to entertain this as a possibility is a statement on how far we’ve fallen since Eisenhower. I’m no lawyer, but it seems to me they have no standing to sue. This case should be dismissed outright, and they should be billed for any court costs, however small, for the quick dismissal.
