The crisis along America's southern border has continued to exasperate Border Patrol agents in the field and President Donald Trump, who is attempting to put an end to the flood of illegal aliens. Seven illegal aliens from Central American countries are suing the Department of Homeland Security because of overcrowding in Border Patrol facilities and the lack of access to legal representation, The Monitor reported.

The lawsuit was brought about by:

• Jairo Alexander Gonzalez Recinos – El Salvador • Gerardo Henrique Herrera Rivera – El Salvador • Kevin Eduardo Rizzo Ruano – Guatemala • Jonathan Fernando Beltran Rizzo – Guatemala • Enerly Melitza Ramos – Guatemala • Karen Vanessa Borjas Zuniga – Honduras • Julia Elizabeth Molina Lopez – Honduras

According to the lawsuit, the illegal aliens want themselves, as well as others in the facilities, to be released on bond.

The headline should be, “Traitorous Lawyers Enlist the Help of Seven Illegal Invaders in Bid to Rake in Payday”

Fine.

“Who forced them to come here?”

My thought also. They can apply
for assylum at any of nine US
consulates or nine consular agencies in
Mexico. They don’t have to suffer
overcrowding at the border.
That pain is self inflicted.

LOL!! You don’t want to be in over-crowded conditions? Then wait your turn, and come here legally.

Do CRIMINAL aliens have standing to bring a lawsuit like this? Serious question.

This nonsense has gotten completely out of hand. The President should just use an emergency declaration to close the southern border entirely.

Bump!

Shouldn’t they be suing themselves & their fellow illegals, since THEY are the ones CAUSING the overcrowding???

Sheesh.

Here’s hoping a common-sense judge tosses this out, on the grounds of “they have no standing”.

The fact that we even have to entertain this as a possibility is a statement on how far we’ve fallen since Eisenhower. I’m no lawyer, but it seems to me they have no standing to sue. This case should be dismissed outright, and they should be billed for any court costs, however small, for the quick dismissal.
