Haven’t had much in the way of sleep for several days. Kinda crashed and burned Friday and Saturday. Sorry I wasn’t around much...headache, coughing, lack of sleep. Finally took some cough medicine last night and got close to 5 hours sleep. An Epsom salts bath soak tonight, more cough meds, and another 5 hours sleep would be nice.
