I have been round and round with the lawyers on this subject. Their advice is not to do drug testing until after an offer of employment has been made and accepted. Will find out Monday if this new law changes their position.

The issue is that cocaine is "controlled" as in it is a "controlled substance". Certain things you do with cocaine (possession, sale, and trafficking), outside of stated legal usage, is what can be illegal.
