Anyone else think the key thing here is not the fact that they might categorize someone as a “hate agent” but this: “monitors the offline behavior”?

Exactly how do they do that?

Let’s see....um...Aren’t these Big Tech? do some of them have access to banking records? They could know who you donate to...church affiliation....do you donate to FR?...There are potentially news stories in local papers....school records....tracking on cell phone...are you going to places acceptable or unacceptable to them? In fact, what about eaves dropping on cell phone conversations and texts?

Yep, I think you’re right.

And it seems to me even one victim stepping forward claiming to have been harmed could launch the most delicious class action lawsuit this country has ever seen.
