So what. Crimimal defense attorneys probably have the same biases. A lot of blacks also have these biases, so exclude them too. Prosecutors and law enforcement have biases against the accused.
I know you don’t want to hear this but U.S. has the highest per capita rate of incarceration, higher than Russia and China and way higher than Western Europe.

No flames from me. But let’s restore all the rights to felons who have served their time and fulfilled all other obligations demanded by the courts for their convictions. Starting with 2nd Amendment protections.
The quality of Florida juries took a big hit years ago when the juror pool went from registered voters to registered drivers.
Too many people don’t understand the importance of intelligent jurors.
Your point is understood, but I sure as hell dont want kid rapists and murders serving on any juries.
Let convicted felons have guns, too, per 2nd Amendment.
