Second woman accuses Cuba Gooding Jr. of groping

A second woman is claiming Cuba Gooding Jr. groped her in an incident that occurred more than a decade ago, law enforcement sources told The Post Thursday.

The alleged victim came forward after reading allegations from earlier this week that the Oscar winner grabbed a 30-year-old woman’s breast a Manhattan club, sources said.

The older incident allegedly happened at a restaurant in Manhattan, where Gooding groped the woman’s behind.

Gooding should get himself a top notch lawyer and go after this women with everything his atty can muster. Force her to lawer up and spend big, BIG money to defend herself against a countersuit for harrassment.

There should also be a very strictly adhered to statute of limitations on rape and harrassment claims. If the alleged crime is not reported within 48 hrs then no charges can be brought even if the incident occurred within the statute of limitations.

I disagree. I think that actual rape or child molestation should have literally NO statute of limitations, but must meet the high standards of evidence. I can prove with extensive circumstantial evidence and DNA EVIDENCE about my prominent at the time molester and it’s just too late. He walks among us. He was still molesting in this last decade, got caught, pled down, got a wrist slap. He can’t work with kids any more but he was of retirement age anyway.

I repeat, I am not talking short, unwanted pass or grope. But rape or sexually molesting children.
