Just curious...what prevents me from putting on migrant-clothing, walking into NYC, and asking for a license without any form of ID? It seems to me that I could just make up a fake Honduran ID real easy, walk in and claim undocumented status, and just start a plain new life with this NYC license.
Maybe this will wake up the majority of New Yorkers to the destructiveness of the Democrat Party.

I reside in the once great New York State. The only thing the driver license will do is to establish residency for an ILLEGAL, to give him or her voting rights!!!! Those nit wit politicians need to be strung up!
Think of this under the full faith and credit clause. States are required to accept the drivers licenses of other states .... so these illegals are now licensed drivers in your state as well.

What N.Y, California and other blue states are doing is the leadership are setting the field for illegals to vote in 2020.
I see no benefit in this other than a registered address where the illegal can be picked up for shipping to the Soylent plant.
The driver’s license in this country is the equivalent of a citizenship card. It allows one to vote and suck money from the state. The left knows that.
I presume that a NY driver’s license is not Real ID-compliant. If NY decides to do this, it’s their call, but airlines and every other State should refuse to accept their drivers.

And since obtaining a driver’s license also registers the licensee to vote (courtesy of the Clinton era Motor Voter Laws) that means the NY state elections are hopelessly compromised.
The NY state electoral votes should be tossed out along those of California and other states that register illegal aliens for driver’s licenses.

This is not about driver’s licenses!! This is setting the stage to make it easier for illegals to vote, and vote they will.

The red flag is - an enhanced driver’s license in NY (I just had to get one as my license expired) is almost $100.00 and requires actual documentation - proof of identity, address and birth.
By issuing an alternative driver’s license requiring less documentation puts NY state on the path to illegal voting.
