Former Vice President Joe Biden made a bold promise on Tuesday to "cure cancer" if he is elected president in 2020.
At a campaign event in Ottumwa, Iowa, Biden expressed the difficulty one faces with a "loss" of a family member and others attempt to comfort them saying, "'I know how you feel'" when in reality they have "no idea how I feel," which is likely in reference to the loss of his son Beau Biden, who died in 2015 from brain cancer.
"That's why I've worked so hard in my career to make sure that... I promise you if I'm elected president, you're going to see the single most important thing that changes America, we're gonna cure cancer," Biden declared.

Why doesn’t he cure cancer first, then run for president?
If not elected, Joe infers he will just sit on his gluts and thumb his nose at us when in fact he could cure cancer! What a small mean man, right up there with Jammah.
Joe: You don’t need to be President to cure cancer. BTW, Barry told you to cure cancer while you were Veep! Mega fail! If you are that smart, cure cancer now and then run for the White House. What a putz.

When he first ran for office he promised to get rid of heroin which never happened. He was later VP for 8 years and did not do anything about that or any disease. Nearly 50 years and nothing accomplished for the country, just keeping himself in office and making millions for himself and family members.

Of course he has to get elected, or no cancer cure. Better vote him in toot sweet! If we elect him, maybe he’ll promise to cure diabetes or MS in his second term?
Remember how Kerry had a Mideast Peace Plan that he’d implement only if he got elected? It was going to solve everything. Then when he didn’t get into the WH, he doomed hundreds of thousands to misery and death, when all he had to do was publish his plan in the NYT.
His 2nd act will be to repeal the law of gravity to make trips to the moon easier.

but... i am one of the people who WILL support
a LOT of medical research
I realize a lot of the money is wasted and that it usually takes a long time to find cures
but we HAVE found a lot of cures and meds that help treat other conditions!
given all the money the fed govt DOES WASTE (like most of Obama’s spending) and all of the money government uses to undermine USA and build up the attack forces of our sworn enemies (Obama with Iran, PLO/Abbas, Hezballah, ISIS, etc)
I am for more medical research.
SOME of that spending WILL wind up helping people someday.
Nah, with my luck, I would bump into him up there.
