These democrat idiots couldn’t plan a basic two week business project. They are dimwits. The project rebuilding I4 and every exit and entrance is damn close to an engineering miracle. They are carefully keeping it opening from beginning to end. Add tons of rain and unexpected alterations to the plan and it’s going to go a year or more long. I for one marvel every time I am on it for the past couple years.
