The owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop -- which won a case before the U.S. Supreme Court recently -- was sued for a third time this week.
Jack Phillips, the Lakewood, Colorado bakery owner who has refused to bake cakes that violate his Christian faith, is being sued again by Autumn Scardina, a transgender woman, for refusing to bake a gender transition cake.
Scardina claims it is textbook LGBT discrimination. ..."
He has insisted he doesn't want to do something that goes against his faith.
He said the cases against him have directly affected his family and business and he's faced death threats and harassment.
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Phillips last year in a case where he refused to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding.
The high court ruled the Colorado Civil Rights Commission showed "anti-religious bias" when it filed a discrimination charge against Phillips.
The commission then filed another complaint against Phillips after he refused to make Scardina a cake celebrating a gender transition.
He, in turn, sued the state claiming he was being singled out for his religious beliefs.
The Commission and Phillips agreed to drop their cases in March after discovery showed "anti-religious hostility" from the state toward the family-run bakery.

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. ~Revelation 20:10
No picture. Just the verse.
Use RICO against the homofascist rights commission. They are thugs shaking down businesses and are likely affiliated with such thugs in other states and use wire to communicate.

The same day the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Denver-based baker Jack Phillips for dismissing a gay couples cake order based on religious grounds, a new customer reached out.
But this customer claimed to be a devil worshipper and wanted the devout Christian to create a cake to celebrate Satans birthday, according to court documents reviewed by Newsweek.
The member of the Church of Satan made several unorthodox requests:
Im thinking a three-tiered white cake. Cheesecake frosting, the customer wrote in the June 4 email, according to Phillips lawsuit filed in Denvers federal court on Tuesday.
And the topper should be a large figure of Satan, licking a 9 black Dildo.
I would like the dildo to be an actual working model, that can be turned on before we unveil the cake.
The email continued: I can provide it for you if you dont have the means to procure it yourself, according to the civil complaint.
Philips politely declined.
This cake and the others were tied to a message of a celebration that I couldnt support, Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, based in Lakewood, Colorado, told Newsweek in an interview.
Newsweek reached out to a few prominent Denver-based bakeries, and while all said they would be ok with the transgender blue-icing cake with pink batter, all but one said baking Satan licking a dildo was going too far.
True...something has to be done...anything at this point. Great people at that bakery, used to live down the street from them.:-(
Yes. Usually I highlight in bold type the parts of an excerpt that I see as key. Not this time. Didn’t dare.
