Ask G. Gordon Liddy or read his books.

He is very familiar with Dean.

45 years ago?! Better yet, Jerry Nadler can hear testimony form Squeaky Fromme regarding the Manson murders, or her assassination attempt on President Ford. That would be just as timely, and relevant.

Of course Dean is bitter. He was working in the White House as a counsel at a very young age. He was set to be a rich swamp-dweller for life.

When he flipped and became a rat, he thought his new buddies on the other side would still make it happen. Of course they didn't. Nobody trusts a rat. All he gets is a few crumbs from the liberal networks to make him a "consultant" so he can be trotted out to bash Republicans when called.

But, no K Street firm. No seven figure income. No job in any Dem administration. No ticket to the swamp. And now, upstaged by a helicopter crash.

It sucks to be John Dean - and he knows it.

Anyone who wants to know who John Dean really is should read this: https://crankynotions.com/2012/08/22/forty-years-on-and-watergate-still-doesnt-make-sense/

Bottom line: the Watergate break-in was planned by Dean to get ahold of a call girl’s black book. HIS call girl’s black book. The call girl whom he later married, so that she couldn’t testify against him. And then he pinned the entire thing, including the cover-up, on Nixon.

John Dean is human pond-scum. He almost single-handedly ripped apart a nation, destroyed a Presidency and left Nixon’s successor unable to even get weapons to ship to South Vietnam (leading to the enslavement of the people there since 1975 and the Khmer Rouge’s genocidal killing fields in Cambodia), just to cover up the fact that he was boinking a prostitute, which would have pretty much ended his career had it been found out before he became a media darling.

Actually, calling him human pond-scum is WAY too nice - he is one of the single most malevolent and self-centered individuals ever to come to the public’s attention, someone who gives not one single rat’s ass about literally anyone else besides himself - literally even to the extent of millions of imprisoned and murdered people. Hell awaits you, Mr. Dean!

Nixon’s staff should have done a better job vetting John Dean. He was FIRED from his first job out of law school. The cause for his firing was “conflict of interest” which was a mild description of his behavior. His first case was to represent someone who was trying to get a television station license and Dean decided to go for the license for himself. Dean’s corruption makes Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Cohen look like an honest man in comparison.

Dean is the architect of Watergate and director of the cover-up who took the President with him when he was caught.
