Seattle Yoga Class Offers Exercise In 'Undoing Whiteness'

At Ranier Beach Yoga, Seattle, Caucasians can "unpack the harmful ways white supremacy is embedded" inside them.

Trainer Laura Humpf, who is white, says her "Undoing Whiteness" yoga class is designed to eradicate the "pathology of whiteness" that supposedly occupies every white person's mind and soul, the Seattle Times reported Monday.

"I was seeing white people showing up in yoga spaces in racist ways," Humpf told the Seattle Times.

Goes right along with how idiotic it is to think that the hash tag is a symbol of white supremacy.

I hand seen literally dozens of pictures where celebrities (Bieber, Emma Watson, Johnny Depp, William Shatner, Ke$ha, Madonna and on and on) make the okay hand signal and yet no one accuses them of being supportive of "white power."

Seems like she might be confusing racism with self-hatred from exposure to tons of propaganda in that liberal dump, Seattle, but since they are all liberals, I guess racism is a real possibility.

For the first time since I left that dump in 2011, I wish I still lived there just so I could attend this class. It would be a lot of fun.

I actually had that experience in an “abusive husband” class at my church there that was taught by a “lay person” that was in way over their head. It was oddly fun.
