They are on a mission. A mission from? They are just useful idiots.
Remember Yuri Bezmenov talking about what happens t useful idiots after the handlers get through with them? The thought of it makes me giggle.

It came out in 1973. It was the world of 2022 that it predicted. All the Oceans are dead, strawberry jelly is a rare and expensive item .Massive over crowding and thick pollution everywhere. It's only 3 years away from this dystopian world painted by Soylent Green. Even Chuck Conners was a bad guy! Speaking of nightmare visions, the RAT party is still hard at work trying to bring all of us back to the 1984 of George Orwell

I have lived very close to the Great Lakes for over 60 years and still do.
I have seen water levels much higher than today and much lower. Water levels in the Great Lakes are variable, much like the weather. What a surprise.

Any competent observer is well aware of the periodic fluctuations of the Great Lakes water levels. This is not new, its been a known fact as long as people have been paying attention. In the past much of what is now the Cleveland area was under water. Thats why the east side of town has a bluff, the old shoreline, that parallels the current shoreline for miles.

One of the latest tales of woe about climate change sea level rise, endangering national security, is the plight of Hampton Roads Virginia. Water is beginning to cover the roads, limiting access to certain Naval shipyards and docks. Turns out, the Chesapeake was hit by a meteor 35 million years ago, and the topology of the area is still continuing to subside, eons later.

Hey this is GREAT news! It must mean we have the climate change problem licked since these predictions didn’t happen.

Great article on Great Lakes water level
Here in S.E.Michigan, Lake St. Clair is raising havoc along the shore line with its high water level. St. Clair is fed by Lake Huron and flows into Lake Erie.......
A friend lives on one of the canals and he say the water was about 8 inches below the top of his sea wall. He and his neighbors had their walls installed years ago when the water level was flooding their properties.
Then a number of years ago the people on his canal had to pay a company to dredge it out because the water level was so low they couldn't use their boats.........
Water goes up and the water goes down....

There is clearly a difference between subsidence and sea level rise, but count on warmist to conflate the two.

Leftists are fatalistic con-artists, always putting out gloom and doom scenarios that can only be fixed by taking our money.
No wonder Millenials are unmotivated and suicidal theyve had so many Earth will die soon scenarios pumped into them. Its actually another form of child abuse by teachers and MSM.

IIRC, 1969, our 150 yards of sandy breach front on Lake Huron was about 50 yards all summer.
