Good old fashioned physical castrations are cheaper.
And permanent.
Just saying.

So long as steps are taken to ensure that 12 year old boys who might have suffered the claim of inappropriately touching boobies are not only excluded from this, but also stricken from the Meghan’s law list as well - Imagine how fun it is to be a 27 year old male but the sex offender database from when you were 12 lists your victim as being a 13 year old girl.

Mama Kay doesn’t pull her punches. Here comes another chorus about how backwards Alabama is. Alabama doesn’t care what ya’ll think.

Physical castration would have deterrence quality.
To: Lurker
Not sure this will work. Castrated men can still use a non-penis weapon if their aim is to humiliate and violate a victim. They can and they do.
What's wrong with them isn't what's between their legs. It's what's between their ears.

You are exactly right and they are very likely to do greater physical harm with an object.
I believe this has been tried before as a treatment and failed. Also not sure it will withstand Supreme Court scrutiny so is basically a grandstanding waste of money.

It must be a permanent castration, that causes the brain to no longer have any sexual urges. Other than that, “cut it off!”
Next on the agenda should be a program that sterilizes women who have an abortion or who are in favor of abortion.
Extreme? Yes, I am, and proud of it!

This may sound good on the surface, but if one think deeply about it then one would think about where it all leads. Do you cut off the hand of thief so he can’t steal again.

"Good old fashioned physical castrations are cheaper." Sound tree-removal techniques include the total removal of the root as well...
Wasn't there a TV series with a Viking Queen who practiced a sound tree-removal technique? Get the guy fully aroused and then cut the tree down and the burn out the root...
