Of course this is all due to lack of education about what “socialism” really is and what it (along with it’s “big brother” - communism) has done to many parts of the world over the last century+.
They stopped teaching it in school and that was by design to make it palatable for the masses.

IMO, school uniforms are a form of socialism that actually works.

Women prefer the perceived security of dependency in socialism because they are not on average genetically engineered with the confidence or faith to stand independently. It would be so easy for them to prove that they mean it and are not just virtue signalling the “right” polical views. It wouldn’t be that hard to them to leave the evil capitalistic U.S. and move to socialist Venezuela or Cuba…but somehow they never do.
At any rate, by now it’s clear we celebrated winning the Cold War far too early.
