Yeah, the three blacks were beating the white shopowner while he was down on the ground, when the police showed up. Thats kind of a thing blacks do.

So who at the College was fired? A 11 million dollar judgement plus all the other costs associated with law suits, someone at the College has to be held liable!
Future aeronautical engineers?
Ironically, Donica Varder, the lead counsel and vice president of the college, sez theyre weighing their options. Since shes a privileged minority, I doubt shes worried about her future career options.
Sorry, *Varner.
That $11M was all donated from liberals...taking it rightfully is delicious.
It is appropriate to say just desserts.

ELYRIA The three Oberlin College students accused of trying to steal wine from Gibsons Bakery in Oberlin and then allegedly beating the stores employee when he tried to detain them pleaded guilty Friday to amended misdemeanor charges.
The deal calls for them to receive no jail time and to pay restitution.
Common Pleas Judge James Miraldi delivered the sentencing Friday afternoon after several tense hours of negotiations between the parties.
Jonathan Aladin, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of attempted theft, aggravated trespassing and underage purchase of alcohol.
Endia Lawrence and Cecelia Whettstone, both 19, pleaded guilty to attempted theft and aggravated trespassing.
Oberlin police reported that Aladin tried to buy a bottle of wine Nov. 9 but Allyn Gibson, whose family owns the bakery, refused to sell it to him. Gibson confronted Aladin about the two bottles of wine the student allegedly had hidden under his shirt.
The police report said Gibson told Aladin he was calling the police and not to leave. Aladin allegedly tried to leave, and Gibson told police he took out his phone to take a picture. Thats when Gibson said Aladin slapped the phone from his hand and the device hit Gibson in the face. Police have said Aladin then ran from the store, dropping the two bottles of wine to the floor.
Gibson chased after Aladin and the two men got into a physical confrontation outside.
When police arrived, they reported seeing Gibson on the ground with Aladin, Lawrence and Whettstone hitting him. ...

Wow...makes me respect her more...not being brainwashed.
Yes, it sounds good. When you consider how blatant the MSM can be, a whiff of libel lawsuits could be quite salutary. We have nothing to apologize for if we do bring libel actions - as the Second Amendment makes clear and the Ninth Amendment makes explicit, the Bill of Rights does not change or confer rights on anyone. A right is something which does not require legislation, and against which legislation has no legitimate scope of authority.
The First Amendment was crafted to not change peoples rights to print or their right to sue for libel. The freedom - as it was understood at the time - of the press shall not be abridged. Had there been no laws against libel at that time, 1A would arguably prevent the passage of such law - but in fact there were laws against libel and pornography, and therefore the Bill of Rights with its Ninth Amendment can only be understood as preserving the right of the people to sue for libel.
Im not quite sure how the college was at fault(?)
Sounds to me like an upcoming Ken Burns’ documentary! The Oberlin 3.
