Former vice president and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden reversed his support for the Hyde Amendment on Thursday at a gala hosted by the Democratic National Committee in Atlanta.

Biden said that recent extreme abortion restrictions in various states prompted him to change his stance.

“I can’t justify leaving millions of women without the health care they need... If I believe health care is a right, as I do, I can no longer support [the amendment],” he said.

I wonder what Jonah Goldberg, David French, Bill Kristol, Analpundit and the rest of the NeverTrump stooges think about their favorite "moderate", return-to-normalcy Democrat presidential candidate now coming out in favor of sticking them with the abortion bills of the feral dogs that make up the Democrat voter base.

I don't know about you guys, but nothing makes me feel like a phony conservative more than voting for the guy who's stocking the judiciary with pro-life judges.

So since May 4th, Biden’s position on the Hyde Amendment has been yes, no, and now yes again.

He was for it before he was against it. A usual Democrat campaign flip flop.

When I heard that Biden had come out in support of Hyde I predicted that he would issue a reversal of his position by Friday. I was right on the money!

What I would like to understand is HOW exactly it happened. While I knew it WOULD happen, I did not understand HOW it would happen.

Biden is a VERY senior figure in his party. And after decades of watching him, I realize that he is a VERY arrogant man with a VERY high opinion of himself.

So who is it that can give a guy like that a phone call and force him to change his mind at the drop of a hat?

barky? Isn't he the guy who Biden condescended to proclaim to be "clean" and "articulate" just a few years ago? It's hard for me to believe barky has that kind of stranglehold on old Joe.

Soros? Perhaps. If Soros has anywhere near the control over the demoncrap party that we often attribute to him then I suppose it's possible.

Some other billionaire?

Maybe it's not a single person. Perhaps Joe was inundated with hundreds of calls from Bilderbergers and demoncrap party brass?

You can go to PP and get free birth control pills. They even teach that in school. There is no excuse for unplanned pregnancies today.
