I saw earlier today a different FReeper suggest Trump should dump Pence in 2020.
And select DeSantis as veep.
Well, that’s interesting! DeSantis has been great. I knew him way back when he got started in his first election (I was living in his district) and he has always been great. Very low key but very steady and determined.
I think Pence is fine, and I don’t think he wants to be president. I think he’d be okay if he had to take over for any reason, or maybe even better than okay, because he’d be angry. But I hope Trump doesn’t take DeSantis away from Florida quite yet!
