So the Rush doesn’t have a clue about Seth Rich what happened to him why when or where or any of that and relying on the parents is just plain stupid naive he should know better course this is what happens when you don’t do your own research

I'm not sure if his transfer from a Federal prison to a State prison qualifies as cruel and unusual punishment. It is certainly an example of what appears to be a vindictive prosecution. The question to be asked is that if the City of New York knew of Manafort's wrongdoing years ago, then why wasn't he prosecuted THEN, and why NOW!

Another question I would have is whether the Federal Prison system must comply with the request. Could they simply say that they will transfer him at the completion of his sentence in 24 years?

The question is whether transfer from a minimum security prison to a maximum security prison for a process crime is cruel and unusual punishment.

Add to that the fact that he has appeals pending at a nearby courthouse that he now has to travel extensively to appear.

I can see how being sent to a murderers' prison for what he did is cruel and unusual.

Or its his way of sidestepping the question. Why would Snerdley allow it to get through if Limbaugh deflected it, unless the caller suckered them.

I certainly agree that this cruel, unusual and vindictive. But I don't think the courts are going to elevate it to the level of "drawing and quartering." That being said, in a compassionate system of justice, the transfer and the prosecution would be stopped in its tracks. The "people of the State of New York" are not being well served by this prosecution.
