“He looks like one of our Presidents from the 1880s or something. “
It’s his Mt. Rushmore look.

I care only what is inside his skull and not outside his skull. And I like very much what is inside his skull.

Well, I can’t find any reference to this anywhere else. But if this is really the President’s new look, I’m sure Melania had to do with it, at least advising.
Everyone changes their style a little, to accommodate the adding-up of the years; and if this is real, I like it very much. I would even say that it’s somewhat overdue.
(And, as others have suggested, I think an enormous lot of digital ‘ink’ and pixels are going to be expended on it :-)

Whatever. Looks fine, his previous hairdo looked fine too.
People make too much of it.
It is what is inside the head that counts.

I say it's just "hat hair" from playing golf with a hat on.
He looked better just as he always has. He's got good hair. It's his trademark.
My guess that this is not a permanent change.

Yeah, looks good to me, too. Makes him look more “statesman-like,” although the old haircut didn’t bother me either.

You might be right. DJT is the wrong build for the wet look. Melania on the other hand is perf- ah I better stop this here.

Thumbs up. Looks good.
I’d like to know the back story on this haircut. Maybe he’ll include it in his memoir.
To: BenLurkin
Damn, he would look good bald. Very dignified.

He doesn't need to look like a "regular" person. He's not a "regular" person.
He's the leader of the free world. When you're a leader you stand out.
He doesn't need a new "do". His old hairstyle was iconic Trump.
It's what he's known for. He's worn it his whole life. Leave the old style in place.

He looks a lot like Eric in that last picture with that hair style.
To: livius
Statesman-like and earnest - for very serious times.
(Again - a little trim in the back. I’m partial to very clean-cut men; though a very neat beard is nice, too :-)
