The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other business groups are considering ways to challenge the new tariffs on goods imported from Mexico.
The powerful U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which advocates for cheap labor policies and opposes American First trade initiatives, told reporters Friday that it is considering all options, including legal challenges, to thwart the Trump administrations policy.
We have no choice but to pursue every option available to push back, Neil Bradley, executive vice president and chief policy officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, said Friday.

Oh who could have seen this coming? As if...
Yes, and President Trump has drawn them out into the open now, hasn’t he?
At this point, it's not even about cheap labor. It's about changing the country to look and act more like central America.
The vast majority of those foreign nationals breaking into our country are very low educated.
"Manual" labor in this country is changing. Not overnight, but it is changing. For example, many pickers in the fields will be replaced by automation. Farmworker vs Robot (from the Wa Compost no less) What will these low skill, low educated people do then? Feed of the taxpayer even more, of course.
As these labor intensive jobs go automated, why is their argument that we still need more than the 10's of millions here illegally already?
How about, implementing a real "guest worker" program. One that's audited by a 3rd party non gov't bureaucracy. They get 6, 9 or 12 month's to be here and work the fields, then go home. They are scanned on the way in, and way out. Anyone overstaying is deported and not eligible to return for 5 years. Any employer who helps them subvert the law, is fined x amount per case and the fines double, etc.
They don't want to fix this. They want to change the country.
Renaming the USCC as “The U.S. Un-American Chamber of Greed”.
"A month before his inauguration, and shortly after he had finished a round of golf with Tiger Woods, Donald Trump was introduced to an adviser of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Stanton Anderson stood in the clubhouse of Mr. Trumps golf course in West Palm Beach, Fla., and extended his hand to the president-elect. Mr. Trump refused it."
Said Trump: "You guys did everything to stop me. I havent forgotten."
Washingtons Biggest Lobbyist, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Gets Shut Out
Oh, my ... I can't take all this winning.
MAGA.
which advocates for cheap labor policies and opposes American First trade initiativesRot in hell anti-America bastards.
Conservative voters need to make it very clear to political candidates that if you take COC money you are eead to us.
dead as in dead as a doornail.
Weird. My copy of the Constitution leaves out the Chamber of Commerce branch.
USCofC is as reliable as Pelousy or Hillary’s mouth..every time you hear from them its something that harms our country
I’ll never see a better President.
I’m that old and he’s that good.
No controlling legal authority.
Weneed need to start incarcerating politicians for treason.
Dismissed: Lacks jurisdiction.
Bush League Republicans say “how high”.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce needs to register as a foreign lobbying firm / foreign agent.
“We have no choice but to push back” Really? Bunch of traitors!
Isn’t it wonderful to watch the American people come together in support of our country and our president? /Sarcasm. What is wrong with everyone? I’m disgusted. The president wouldn’t have to take this tact if the Leftist Democrats would do their job and change the laws to protect this country from this invasion.
They own all the Bush League Republicans.
Alexander, Graham, McSally, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Gardner, Cornyn, Hyde-Smith, Collins, Sasse, Kennedy, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Isakson, Johnson, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Gaines, Barasso, Romney and Enzi are all Bush League Republicans.
That needs to start with Flimsey Grahamnesty.
