Mexican President Lopez-Obrador Asks for Emergency Meeting [Export US wealth to Mexico]
Conservative Treehouse ^ | May 30, 2019 | Sundance

AMLO knows there is no way for Mexico to begin retaliating against the U.S. after President Trump demanded they step-up migration travel enforcement or face U.S. tariffs on Mexican imports. [snip]

All business interests in Mexico will take a financial hit... (Reuters) The announcement rattled investors who feared that worsening trade frictions could hurt the global economy. The Mexican peso, U.S. stock index futures and Asian stock markets tumbled on the news, including the shares of Japanese automakers who ship cars from Mexico to the United States. [snip]

FLASHBACK June 2018 … Interestingly, people now started to take notice because AMLO is openly telling his fellow countrymen they must flood the U.S. border. “And soon, very soon — after the victory of our movement — we will defend all the migrants in the American continent and all the migrants in the world,” Obrador said, adding that immigrants “must leave their towns and find a life in the United States.” He then declared it as “a human right we will defend.”- AMLO [snip]

This has been AMLO’s strategy for years, and no-one was paying attention. Andrés Manuel López Obrador has long proposed a key economic plan for Mexico to become wealthy. However, his idea has only recently gained broad mainstream Mexican understanding.

Conservative U.S. media have no idea; but Democrats, activists and far-left immigration radicals certainly do. AMLO has thought this through, and he has seen the mistakes made by allies in Cuba and Venezuela.

AMLO has an economic plan where hundreds-of-thousands of his fellow Mexicans flood the Southern U.S. border region; overwhelm the system and essentially create an initial border economy; then, with the door and pathway created, begin a process of exfiltration of U.S. economic wealth directly into Mexico.

Andrés Manuel López Obrador is not crazy; he has a pretty ingenious strategy.

Through overwhelming the Southern border regions, the nation of Mexico will be able to influence local U.S. laws and overwhelm the local U.S. political structures. The Ameri/Mex zone penetrates into the U.S. and provides a borderless opening for migration, trade, commerce and the education of Mexican citizens through the utilization of U.S. social and economic systems.

All of the long-held grievances of Mexican nationals toward the disparity of their level of poverty and the wealth within the United States can be fixed through this plan.

Within the plan AMLO envisions the U.S. training, educating, employing and eventually paying for a growing standard-of-living for Mexico. It is a fast way for Mexico to gain wealth; as opposed to the long process of building out an entire societal system of education, investment, infrastructure and commerce.

It would take Mexico several decades to achieve a level of wealth even close to the U.S., and they have no structural (political) systems in place to form the foundation of such an approach. So, AMLO’s faster plan is to use migration into the U.S. to break down barriers, collapse the economic dam and allow the natural flood of U.S. wealth to flow into Mexico.

From the Mexican perspective this is a pretty solid economic approach that just might work; and they have open-border comrades within the progressive, democrat, republican and corporate political systems (all over the U.S) who already support such a strategy.

So when you see the headlines about the Mexican President telling his people to leave; and when you see him telling government officials to formulate plans and policies to expedite entry into the U.S., don’t laugh them away. It is a viable plan with just as much possibility of success as any other.

Sundance outlines AMLO' strategic plan. AMLO envisions the U.S. training, educating, employing and eventually paying for a growing standard-of-living for Mexicans in Mexico.

Haven't we already been doing this the past 50 years?

The poverty of Mexico has been effectively exported to the USA. Now Mexico intends to collapse our welfare system to make Mexico rich off the backs of the American taxpayer.

"They" said President Trump lied about the crisis at the southern border.

It's a manufacturing crisis!

(That is, a manufacturing crisis for Mexico!)

We dealt with Pancho Villa back in the day, Trump will deal with the new version.

Sending their disaffected citizens to the US has held the Mexican Tiger at bay for too long. The ruling class knows it’s going to be let out of its cage and rampage if the USA relief valve is closed.

According to the Mexican constitution Americans legally in Mexico get a 2nd class treatment. Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. It’s time the US should consider making that reciprocal.

It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegally exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements.

Prohibit and fully legally enforce punishment to violators offering any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges .In other words the incentives to those thinking of sneakimg into this country are removed and those that do better expect expulsion no job no voting no landowning ..

(1) Trade deficit has lost millions of manufacturing jobs.

(2) Manufacturing jobs are middle class & upper middle class jobs.

(3) Manufacturing creates more wealth than any other activity.

(4) Loss of wealth in the country is the reason people can’t find jobs with better wages.

Trump knows what is going on at the border with Mexico, and unfortunately for Mexico he is going to fix it.

Our Mexico problem is actually much bigger than our China problem. A 50% tax on remittances might be a better response, but if tariffs are something Trump can use to slow the invasion, it has to be tried.

I believe President Trump has the wrong end of this stick.

Rather than imposing a tariff, simply impose a 10% income tax withholding on all funds leaving the country.

Come April 15th, any excess funds can be recovered by the tax payer when they file their 1040s, report their actual annual income, and calculate their actual tax liability. No SSN or TIN? Too bad, sucks to be you.

While we're at it, make sure no federal welfare payments go to non-residents.

The meeting should be concerning how many of his fellow countrymen he’ll be taking home with him.

It should be more than 10%, I’m thinking around 30%.

As for the benefits, I wish there was clarification on them and who gets them. When they have one of their bastard kids in the US, who instantly gets citizenship, it’s the kid that gets the bennies. Its mother/parents reap the benefits of that. Which is where the economic draw comes from. Pop out a kid and get some checks.

The kids, while their parents are waiting on their asylum hearing, that they’ll never go to, have to be put in school. When there they get tutors, translators and free meals. All paid for by all of us.

Personally I could care less if 1 out of 1000, or even 100, grows up to be a doctor, Marine, astronaut, as all the Modelo beer commercials like to paint all fo them as God Fearing, Blue Blooded American’s. How about they show the neighborhoods and towns that they’ve destroyed taking advantage of our ridiculous laws.

If and when Trump gets a call from el presidente de Mexico, he should be placed on hold to see if President Trump will speak to him.
The on hold music should be “El toque a degüello”!
Let him listen to that for half an hour or so, then ask “how can I help you?”
Trump, you magnificent bastard!!

I'm OK with that. My initial thought was 22%, but 10% is the traditional tithe level, and why should the Almighty State get more than God himself? This seems a good wedge to get our own taxes limited to 10%...

As for the benefits, I wish there was clarification on them and who gets them.

Yes. Drawing the line at you have to be actually within the boundaries of these United States is a good place to start the debate. Even a democrat psychopaths would have trouble justifying voting "No" on that to their American welfare recipient class constituents.

When they have one of their bastard kids in the US, who instantly gets citizenship, it’s the kid that gets the bennies. Its mother/parents reap the benefits of that. Which is where the economic draw comes from. Pop out a kid and get some checks.

Harmonized US policy with that of every other nation on earth. As far as, say, Germany, is concerned any child of German parents born abroad is a German citizen.

Heck, if an American drops a kid in Bumfookistan, the child’s parents should contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate to apply for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America (CRBA) to document that the child is a U.S. citizen.

The kids, while their parents are waiting on their asylum hearing, that they’ll never go to, have to be put in school. When there they get tutors, translators and free meals. All paid for by all of us.

I can't think of a graceful way around this, beyond same day hearings. Open to suggestions...

This is why we have H-1B, L-1 and O-1 visas. People of extraordinary ability and gumption are always welcome, provided that are pro-American.
