So.... they would be ok with more seats on SCOTUS when President Trump wins reelection and gets to put more conservative justices on the bench?

From what I have read about that, it was FDR’s own Rats couldn’t bring themselves to defy tradition. Rats with personal scruples & respect for governmental tradition hard to imagine today!
Senate Judiciary Chair Henry Ashurst (Dem-AZ) blocked it from a Senate vote.

When the Supreme Court becomes a political tool, filled with politically motivated justices, with 15 or more judges, THEN...
It becomes imperative to limit the terms for those justices, to perhaps 4 or 6 years. Better yet, they should then become elected offices, prone to the judgments of the people.
No more political games with the justice system. If politics is the name of the game, then, the people have the right to elect their politicized judges. Biggest problem to overcome then is, the politicized justice system becomes irrelevant and worthless and we’ll be left with 3 branches full of politicians, all deciding cases, before and after the issues and cases come before the people. Case outcomes will be determined via the politics of the day.
