I've seen talk (mostly I suspect without REALLY thinking about what it means) about CW 2, and have seen responses here and on social media with an equally glib response (mainly from libs trying to bait people) of "what are you going to do, go out and start shooting people?"

I'm beginning to think that's exactly what's going to start happening if the games keep going.

Yup, Maxine Waters was referring to Obama using the NSA database to spy on both political opponents and members of his own party and use the illegally obtained intelligence to blackmail and intimidate them into doing what he instructs them to do.
