“Some days,” Moyer deadpanned.
The questioner was nonplussed: “But you don't hate everyone and everything all the time?”
“Not all the time, no.”

It's becoming very apparent that the FBI has been used as a "secret police" to investigate and punish political enemies, while whitewashing crimes of allies (the Clintons) for quite sometime. One has to wonder how many real crimes have not been investigated while the FBI pursued the political agenda.
It has often been said by The President and other top officials that the criminal activity at the FBI was confined to the top officials, but keep in mind that people, especially of this ilk, hire those that reflect themselves, so I suspect the "Deep State" mentality is pervasive top to bottom throughout the FBI.

The FBI is not a colleague of the DOJ. The FBI is a minor subordinate Bureau of the Department of Justice. DOJ is their boss. That idea of an independent FBI is finding its way into all kinds of places
