Can’t a Republican Rep bring Ethics charges against pencil-neck for continually lying that he had the evidence?

If Schiff doesn't have the evidence, he's a liar and should be brought up on ethics charges and lose his committee seat(s). If he does have evidence, he should be brought up on obstruction of justice charges for intentionally withholding the info from the investigation.

Either way, he needs to be punished.
