Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis responded to the American flag controversy at his store in Statesville, North Carolina, telling FOX Business he is in the lawsuit battle for the long haul.
We have flown this flag for a long time, he said during an interview on "Bulls & Bears Opens a New Window. Thursday. As I told the city its not coming down under any circumstance.
The city of Statesville filed a lawsuit against Gander RV and its parent company, Camping World, for violating a city ordinance by flying a 3,200-square-foot American flag. In a statement Opens a New Window. , the city said the company had previously applied for and received a permit for a compliant 1,000-square-foot flag.

Lest anyone get hot flashes over Lemonis:
Marcus Lemonis: If youre OK with what Trump said, dont shop at my business
As for those who believe the economy is being driven by Trump, Lemonis called that notion somewhat laughable.
That one guy on the panel looked like Alfred E. Neuman.

Camping World is the most dishonest and unethical RV dealership in the country. Anyone who buys an RV there is getting ripped off. That’s pretty well known in the RV community.
Gander outdoors/Camping World is run by anti-gun liberal puke POSs.
Mostly they started the Flag scam to try to reverse their massive drop in stock price.
They can go shove a Yeti cooler up their @$$!
This guy is pledging his fame and fortune on his right to honor America.
God bless him.
Very often, LEGAL immigrants become the strongest defenders of liberty.
They know what life is like without it.
This guy is trying to reverse the fallout from his trump statements by tying up the court system ... it is called legal marketing and is something liberals do who think they are smarter than everyone else. Dont be fooled. Companies do this all the time for the free press they get
You need to read about him
Its publicity
Hes a big league PC Arabist victimhood Mad at Trumps coziness to Israel progressive
Not worth your support Tim
Some may call you Tim, others may call you gullible.
I thought Tim’s post was quite reasonable.
Pertinent questions:
Lemonis says his company has been flying these flags in over 180 locations, for “a long time”.
How long is “a long time”? If it exceeds the period back to the stock drop (and a bit before, perhaps), then their flag flying is not a scam related to the stock drop, I’d say.
If the flags went up following the stock drop, then you likely have a point.
Unrelated to any alleged scam, etc., where the heck does any city have any business telling anybody how large a US flag they can fly, so long as it does not constitute some sort of safety hazard or block other advertisers (and even then, I think a complaint should have to be filed by a nearby business, and said complaint substantiated.) ???
Ah ok, well live too far away to buy there anyways.
wow thanks for the info.
“That one guy on the panel looked like Alfred E. Neuman”
I didn’t watch it. Was it Buttplug?
That ain't the only one, they have an outlet near me that flies the same size flag. Biggest flag I've ever seen on a flag pole......
I stopped watching Lemonis when he came out against the president.
Somewhat like IHOPB?
The Camping World in these parts has been flying a huge flag since the place opened over 10+ years ago.
