LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andy Beshear picked up a key endorsement the day before voters head to the polls.
NARAL Pro-Choice America endorsed Beshear on Monday, saying he's "always been there to defend Kentuckians' rights and freedoms."
Now more than ever, as womens fundamental freedoms are under attack, Kentuckians need their leaders to fight to protect reproductive rights," Ilyse Hogue, president of NARAL Pro-Choice America, said in a news release. "Kentucky is one of several states that passed an extreme ban on abortion this year, criminalizing abortion before many women even know theyre pregnant, in large part due to anti-choice governor Matt Bevin. Andy represents our strongest bet to defeat Bevin, bring real change to Frankfort, and protect the rights of all Kentucky families. NARAL is proud to endorse his candidacy.

Mason-Dixon has Beshear up +8 on Bevin.
If I were in KY, I would be very fearful over this gubernatorial race.
Bevin’s opponent in 2015 was up +5 in the polls the day before the election. I’m hoping they’re wrong again.
Likely or registered voters ?
Andy Beshear wants to take KY back to the bad old days of the perpetually corrupt Demonrat good ole boys network. Bevin is cleaning up the mess they constructed for eons, and this is their last-ditch effort to take him out before the GOP fully cements their permanent majority status. With an assist from President Trump, he should pull it off.
The GOP also nominated a future star yesterday, Daniel Cameron, a Black Conservative, won the nomination for Attorney General. That office hasn’t been won since 1943 (not counting the likely fraud Andy Beshear pulled in 2015). Facing Cameron is the infamously corrupt ex-AG and ex-House Speaker Greg “Stumpy” Stumbo. He spearheaded the coup d’état against then-Governor Ernie Fletcher for having the audacity to break the 4-decade Demonrat hold of the Governor’s office.
Electing Cameron is absolutely paramount and any donations, I’m sure, are greatly appreciated.

I’m in Kentucky and I hope everyone else here is as sick of Little Andy as I am. He’s a bigger wimp than his Governor Father. He is also involved in multiple scandals. He is constantly launching lawsuits against opioid producers then taking huge amounts of campaign cash from them. His former campaign manager is serving time right now for taking illegal cash then donating it to Little Andy he was employed by Little Andy’s father when he was Governor his name is Tim Longmeyer he personally profited $200,000 and funneled more to Little Andy. He is currently in federal prison.
A vote for ANY Democrat, whether it be in a local, state or federal election, is a vote against America!
America cannot survive a Democrat victory in 2020!
Trumps endorsement and visits to campaign for Bevin will keep Kentucky on the straight and narrow.
Commonwealth of Kentucky resident here. Teacher Union (KEA) and other public unions are against Bevin. Lots of teachers and family members so race will be close.
Most of the issue is Bevin tried to make pension changes to turn the pension solvent. That’s all the KEA needed to spread lies.
The under-funding lands squarely at the feet of the KEA.
Where was the KEA while the pension plans were being turned upside-down? Teachers pay KEA dues to be their advocate but also their watchdog. Why are rank and file not asking the KEA who in the KEA failed them? KEA has been selling teachers votes to past governors. The KEA failed as your watchdog and those past governors gave teachers a drowning pension plan.
Why did the teachers not see that their annual pension plans reports showed they were upside-down. It doesn’t require an MBA to crunch the #s, especially w/ a drowning plan.
Bevin is the first Governor in 15 years to fully fund the pension.
These numbers are from The Lexington Herald Leader.
But surprise /s the article has been scrubbed from the internet.

Thanks DJ. I tweeted this out. He’ll get some support.
When is the election?
November.
This sounded so urgent, I thought it was tomorrow.
Primaries were held Tuesday.
Oh, thanks.
It’s too bad the far-left nut didn’t win the Gov primary, he’d have been an easier foe.
