Just a week after entering, de Blasio is already neck-and-neck with such presidentil wannabes as ...... "Seth Moulton and Wayne Messam."

The mayor is struggling to crack the top 20 (out of 23) to qualify for a Democratic debate next month and admits, “I’m not setting the expectation that I’ll be in it.” He needs to hit 1% in three serious polls (as judged by the DNC), plus fundraising targets, such as getting 200 donors from at least 20 different states.

De Blasio’s first excuse will be that he’s such a late entry. But showing up late (and often uninvited) is his signature move. How is it not his own darn fault this time?

He’s had a fawning Rolling Stone profile, plus his day job is in the national media capital.

It has to be especially humiliating that now South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg is smoking him in the polls and with the donors. Buttigieg served in Iraq — but Blasio honeymooned in Cuba!

....if de Blasio’s proven anything, it’s that he’s not afraid to fall flat on his face all across America. Repeatedly. It’s sad that he prefers his dog of a campaign to staying home and doing his mayor's job, just 18 months after he asked the voters to let him keep it. You have to think the only reason he hasn’t resigned is that he needs the mayor's salary (and favors to sell, and the 41 mental health laundries his wife formed).

Give de Blasio this: No one else ever thought of treating mayorality of New York as the ultimate no-show job.

Blobbo won the mayor’s seat with 72% of the vote....after he had the number tattooed on his wife’s a** to double the thrill, DiBlobbio began making plans for the presidency.

NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio’s ongoing tease of a presidential run didn’t exactly pull in the crowds during a campaign-esque event in the Granite State. Only 20 people showed up Sunday to hear the leader of America’s largest city hold a roundtable on mental health — including the 14 people on the panel and just six in the audience. Politicker noted her husband's campaign website doesn't reference her background as an avowed lesbian and a lesbian activist or lesbian poet: It notes her affiliation with the Combahee River Collective, omitting mention of the group’s lesbian roots, referencing it as "a pioneering black feminist collective."

The two met while both worked for the Dinkins campaign. She says she had a nose ring and wore African garb when he spotted her and was completely smitten. She never told him she was a lesbian. And later said after their marriage she was still attracted to women. During the mayoral campaign, she was asked about her lesbian lifestyle----she retorted she "didn't understand the question." The Blobbio's honeymooned in Communist Cuba and picked coffee beans w/ Sandinistas (then America's arch-enemies). The New York Post ran a cartoon depicting the couple in bed, McCray on the phone telling someone, "I used to be a lesbian, but my husband, Bill de Blasio, won me over," while her husband lay beside her clad in sexy lingerie.
