Mittens is so jealous of President Trump, it’s eating him up inside. Good.
That is probably true but that isn’t Romney’s priority here. He is campaigning to remake the GOP into a progressive corportist conservative in name only party along the lines of the Conservative party in GB. To do that he needs to fire Trump voters. This ongoing campaign of insults are primarily directed at us and not POTUS.

Well that's just it, hardly anybody can stand the scrutiny when armies of hostiles start crawling up your ass with a microscope and going back decades looking for dirt. You can be certain if they had found anything really bad, we'd have heard about it.
Think about it, Donald Trump is apparently one of the cleanest men in Washington. And they say you can tell a lot about a man by his enemies. Judging by that alone, he's top drawer. They must be livid, it's driven them quite mad.

Mitt is gonna run.
I’d bet my house he won’t. That would poison the well for the next generation of fake conservatives from his church that he is grooming for higher office. Mike Lee, Mia Love, etc.

Assumes facts not in evidence.
Time to start a _second_ party, perhaps.

Romney and his ilk are the ones who have distanced themselves From Humility, Honesty, Integrity.
Why is Romney so petty, jealous, and rude? Maybe he should start his own party. Is he that upset he is such a loser? He had his chance to be president and he clearly blew it. Romney is an embarrassment to Mormons.

... facts in evidence.
Clinton ... was able to defeat Bush and Perot, winning 43 percent of the vote to Bushs 37.4 percent and Perots 18.9 percent. In the electoral college, Clintons victory was more dramatic: he captured 370 electoral votes to Bushs 168, thus ending 12 years of Republican control of the presidency.
Remarkably slim Democratic losses in the House gave force to that promise, as the Democrats ended up with 259 seats, or only nine less than they have now. And the increase in young, black, Hispanic and female members seems likely to leave the new House more liberal and committed to action than the old.
But while Democrats held their own in the Senate against initially difficult odds, they did not make the gains needed to squelch determined opposition, which Senator Bob Dole of Kansas, the Republican leader, indicated he would often provide. Filibuster Calculations
The final tally in the Senate gave Democrats 57 seats, as many as they hold now, and the Republicans 42, or enough to prevent bills from coming to a vote with united opposition. It takes 60 votes to end a filibuster.
