1. Dragged, usually by a horse, on a wooden frame to the place where he was to be publicly put to death. This is one possible meaning of drawn. A more likely meaning of drawn is the removal of the inner organs.
2. Hanged by the neck for a short time or until almost dead (hanged).
3. Removed from hanging and placed on a table. Still alive, the victim was cut open in the abdomen and his intestines and sex organs removed. The removed organs were burned in a flame, prepared close to the prisoner (drawn).

I don’t know for sure, but the victim’s mother had to talk through a translator. The victim was only 19 and had a 4 year old child at home.

NY has been forced to drop homicide charges on the baby’s behalf. They can only prosecute acts against the mother.

Police said Thursday that Ochoa-Lopez’s baby was “forcibly removed” from her body.

Would Democrats even consider this to be a crime? At least the police and/or the writer referred to it as a "baby" and not a "tissue blob".
