I know I am in the minority here, but I support the full release of the Mueller report, including the redacted parts, because until it is done it is certain that the Democrats are going to keep harping on the idea that the redactions were done to protect Trump.
I don’t believe that is the case. I think the redactions were done by Barr because he was legally obliged to make them under the current laws. So, even though this is going to cause some people a bit of discomfort, I do not see it as dangerous to Trump.
In fact, if anything, it removes a weapon from the hands of the lying Democrats (yes I know that is redundant), who have been piously demanding the reports release while knowing full well that Barr was legally unable to comply.

Seems this judge has been on the right side of this charade for some time...Perhaps he wants to make public how Mueller and his henchmen framed Flynn...
Youre acting like the 400+ page Mueller report is really what the Democrats are looking for. Its not. What they really want is the tens of thousands of pages of evidence behind the report ... so they can comb through them and drag each and every person named in those pages in front of a Congressional committee.
Very interesting. Thanks for posting!

McCabe also described the conundrum that we faced on their return from the interview is that although [the agents] didnt detect deception in the statements that he made in the interview
the statements were inconsistent with our understanding of the conversation that he had actually had with the ambassador.’

Former FBI Supervisory Special Agent Robyn Gritz has asked SaraACarter.com to post her letter to Judge Emmet G. Sullivan in support of her friend and colleague retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn, who will be sentenced on Dec. 18. In her letter to Judge Sullivan Special Agent Gritz describes an FBI culture immersed in corruption, bias and fear. Gritz is also no fan of Andrew McCabe and describes him s vindictive, power-hungry, aggressive and unethical.
” The release was in response to a motion filed with the court earlier this year by The Washington Post, which argued that the public deserved to know more about Flynns role in key events and cooperation with investigators.”
No...the democrats would scream even if it was fully unredacted. Honestly, just think back a few weeks before the report was even released, the democrats were giddy in anticipation but implied that they will be satisfied (because they thought it would hang Trump)after the release. What are they doing now?
The report contains the names of the Grand Jury members. That MUST be protected or our system will be damaged. If those names get leaked, the nightmare begins for them and no one will ever want to serve again...ever.
The Bolshies need to flog Teddy’s corpse for crying to the KGB for help against Reagan.
A few questions.
When is Flynn scheduled to be sentenced?
Is this redacted material related to Grand Jury testimony? If so, then the court may order its release for whatever reasons they deem proper.
LTG Flynn had every right and authority to speak to the Russian Ambassador. What did he say to him? Did he lie to the FBI about what he said? Was a crime committed when he spoke to the Ambassador. Unlikely.
The Intelligence community was out to get Flynn and they succeeded. I’d like to know if they were looking out for the best interests of the United States or if they were looking out for their own corrupt little butts. Perhaps the judge can shed some light on this issue.

But it would be dangerous to something more important than Trump. The Constitution. I don't think breaking the law is going to be the most effective way to fight Democrat law breaking.
Jail for judges who cannot follow law. Hard prison time. I am not kidding. Either make judges accountable or they will destroy lawful government in USA.
Geez, a whole page of freepers not remembering that this is the judge that was hammering Mueller’s lawyers?
He’s being an activist judge but for OUR side.
This should be good.
Unlawful ruling. How many divisions does Sullivan have? Answer : Nada
Answer to some of your questions here
Thank you for that.
So this is in response a WaPo request.
But people here think it’s a good thing. LOL.
I wonder if this means one or more grand juries have now completed their work and some of the redacted information in the Mueller report need no longer be withheld. Same for Flynn - his documents were sealed because of ongoing grand jury activities; perhaps it’s no longer “ongoing”? Maybe this unsealing is a step forward?
Hes being an activist judge but for OUR side.
I do not think this is true. He is doing what a Judge should do - expressing a skepticism towards the government because he does not like the smell of this whole thing. There is no activism on the part of a Judge who seems to have pieced together like all of us that a man is likely innocent of that which he is accused of.
It’s his duty.
If it was good, the Washington Post would not have filed the motion. They knew what was in it from the beginning.
Luckily we have enough FR legals to keep us up on this stuff.
