Chris Christie Betrayed President Trump – Recommended FBI Director Chris Wray
The Gateway Pundit ^ | May 16, 2019 | Jim Hoft

Revealed: Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie Betrayed President Trump – Recommended FBI Director Chris Wray.. (Full title).

...

Former US Attorney Joe DiGenova identified the culprit who betrayed President Trump and recommended Christopher Wray as the replacement for James Comey. Clearly this recommendation has kept the Deep State running the FBI as Director Wray is in no way for justice and draining the swamp.

...

DiGenova notes that FBI Director Chris Wray classified a document sent to the FBI in October 2016 before the corrupt FBI made their application for the FISA application to spy on candidate Trump through the Carter Page warrant request. The document Wray classified notified the FBI that Christopher Steele’s Trump – Russia dossier was a fraud. At first Wray’s FBI denied its existence to Congressional requests.

Director Wray eventually was forced to unclassify the document because there was no reason to classify it other than to protect corrupt FBI players in the Deep State. This document was then released and it shows damning evidence that Obama’s Deep State FBI knew the Steele dossier was a fraud before they used it to spy on Trump.

...

Christopher Wray is a card carrying member of the Deep State. DiGenova says that he was a Mueller and Comey protege. Wray has continued the Deep State FBI’s practice of redacting material to cover FBI crimes. He has allowed corrupt agents and attorney’s to remain in their positions.

...

Chris Christie did the President and the nation a major disservice when the big guy recommended Chris Wray for FBI Director. Wray must be removed and the FBI cleaned out or it should just be shut down. No other actions will clean the criminals from the once proud law enforcement entity – the FBI.

The Deep State still runs deep and wide in the Republican party!

I never got a good vibe from Wray.

Is Gateway asleep at the wheel? Such old news and no secret. Christie had worked with Wray in the past.

This, in and of itself, should be a FELONY, at the very least it is Obstruction of Justice and Conspiracy.

GP is about as bad as it gets as a sensationalist conservative media outlet.

Chris Christie didn't betray anyone. If President Trump relied on him for even one iota of advice, he's a moron. He knew enough about Christie to steer clear of him during the transition and disqualify him from consideration for any major cabinet positions.

From the onset it was apparent to me that Wray is yet another wishy-washy bureaucrat soy boy with raisins for nuts. Trump needs to replace him stat.

Even worse, he recommended Jeff Sessions?

His bullshyte “recusal” 3 days after his confirmation meant Trump was completely exposed, and put Rosenstein and Mueller in charge of this mess for nearly 2 years.

They offered him a big steaming tray of lasagna. What else could he do? He’s only human. Or a whale. One of those.

This isn't really true. Mueller wasn't even around until almost three months after Sessions' recusal.

I disagree - I blame Wray squarely on president Trump. I know nothing but in 2 minutes of watching his confirmation I didn’t like the guy. I think I mentioned such here. President Trump has exceeded my wildest expectation, his personal choice have often been terrible and that was an area I thought was his strong suit. I guess most of these empty suit crooks are brilliant BS artists.

This isn't really true. Mueller wasn't even around until almost three months after Sessions' recusal.

Rosenstein appointed special counsel and Mueller and Andrew Weissman created the special counsels search for obstruction show. Sessions abandoning his job as AG meant these people had free-reign for nearly 2 years

Sessions recused himself on March 2nd of 2017.

Mueller wasn't appointed until May 17th.

What am I missing here?

Trump had to fire Christie from the transition team.
Why on Earth would he ever let him recommend candidates?

I remember DiGenova saying Wray was a bad choice on day one.
He said Wray was another Comey

DiGenova is 2 steps ahead of anyone else

I hope one thing is now clear

The CIA, DOJ and FBI are highly political organizations. The bullshyte they are "impartial law enforcement" has been proven to be just that - BS and propaganda.

Trump didn't know what he was stepping into, didn't realize how many bureaucrat and deep-state snakes there were, believed the public propoganda - and no one warned or counseled him. Jeff Sessions was the worst fool, or traitor, of all. He recused himself on a flimsy pretext 3 days after this confirmation as AG

Any future President would be right in firing the entire top layers of all 3 organizations on day one.

The damage that lily liveried coward Jeff Sessions is staggering when you consider the 2018 elections and opportunities lost. He is beyond contempt, phony coward masquerading as patriotic statesman - he makes me sick

Yep.

Wray supported Christie for president and is a best pal and personal lawyer to Christie. Very old news.
