Rosenstein was likely one of the first. With criminal conspiracies, the first one to run to the prosecutor gets the best deal, by far; sometimes even immunity from prosecution. May not seem right, but it helps get all the others to reach a deal, or face a trial in which they will be found guilty. The risk to that person is they have to tell everything they know or their deal goes away. The others charged will be put in a position where they must choose to reach a plea deal or go to trial. Making the government take you to trial most often results in a significantly longer sentence. As more defendants cut deals, hopes of a not guilty verdict will be very low to non-existent.
Well, they say that the first one to talk gets the deal.
Everybody claims that the Investigation/Setup was all on the Up and Up and they had probable cause and did nothing wrong.
If nobody did anything wrong and the operation was Justified, why is it that EVERY LAST PLAYER IS EITHER AN FBI or CIA ASSET, EMPLOYEE OR INFORMANT?????

Comey doesn't strike me as a guy who would take the fall for anyone, even a President. I'm thinking if he ends up indicted, he tries to pin it all on subordinates, and maybe Lynch.

I heard Joe DiGenova this AM on Breitbart Sirius radio.
He said the whole Steele dossier and FISA warrant idea was the brainchild of Brennan. He’s the man behind the curtain.
