My daughter was in the room next to where the shooting occurred. I am proud of the way the STEM kids conducted themselves. This event took place a day later and there was already pins and flyers made up for it, with several gun control advocate politicians speaking. Our kids are taught to be free thinkers without the political indoctrination that other schools have. Many kids are for it and many are against, but this "vigil" was suppose to be to honor Kendrick, not for a political rally. Right after my daughter was escorted out of the school, before the shooter was loaded into the police car, the reporters were interviewing students in the parking lot about their political views. Media is disgusting.
